Stuff Looks So Much Better In Tokyo

like . . . . . .Religion Bikes
Food

Telephones

Trucks

A fist full of gold . . . . .

I'm not sure if it's my inner Fly Girrl or what but I am totally into stacked and multiple rings on hands right now. More of a ramshackle collection the better, although the sophisticated clusters at Chanel looked great too!

Alex Rose - Amazing Recluse

It may be my obsession with nostalgic 1970s youthful imagery right now, but I can't stop thinking about the work of Alex Rose. His collages of found imagery seem to capture a sense of moments in time and directly connect with human sensibility in some way.
He is something of a recluse and works out of his cottage in Cork and burns or destroys much of his work, documenting the demise, reminisecnt of John Baldesseri's 1970 project.

Andy Farrow Jewellery

Jewellery designer Andy Farrow is one of the most down to earth jewellery designers you will ever meet and his work is extraordinary. This collection which was shown at the IJL show in London earlier this year is still one of the most exciting and dynamic collections I have seen recently.
The mix of hand cut art deco frames and rich coloured, mixed gemstones creates a real contemporary ostentatious look that really resonates with me right now.

Crystalized

London is freezing and icy everywhere, which makes me think of this installation I went to back in November. If only the London sludge looked so amazing.
